APPROACH
Distributor Search & Qualification
Know which distributors deserve first contact.
For one defined MedTech or IVD product in one selected country, GHMAP maps the credible distributor landscape, assesses product, channel, conflict and applicable local-role fit, and shows which candidates merit outreach, which require verification and which should be excluded.$7,500 · ONE PRODUCT · ONE COUNTRY · 20 BUSINESS DAYS
Evidence-based · Product-specific · Human-reviewed · No numerical scoring. Research only. Direct distributor contact is available separately. Delivery begins after complete intake, written scope acceptance and requirement lock.
Management decision
Approach. Verify. Exclude. Hold.
The output is a defensible outreach decision — not a claim that GHMAP found the best distributor, a verified partner, or a guaranteed qualified distributor.

Why lists are not enough
Discovery tools find names. They do not finish the decision.
Google, LinkedIn, AI tools, databases and trade-show directories can surface candidates. They do not, by themselves, establish product fit, channel fit, competitor conflict, applicable importer or regulatory role, relevant technical or service capability, or whether a candidate deserves management outreach.
Search process
From requirement lock to management decision
Research limits, not guaranteed candidate counts. GHMAP may recommend fewer than 3–5 where the evidence does not support a larger first-wave list.

Candidate classifications
Four classifications. No aggregate score.
One material conflict or unresolved regulatory role may matter more than multiple weaker positive signals.
RECOMMENDED FOR OUTREACH
Public evidence supports first-wave contact under the locked product and country requirement.
CONDITIONAL — VERIFICATION REQUIRED
Relevant signals exist, but a material role, identity, conflict, or capability question must be resolved before outreach priority can rise.
NOT RECOMMENDED
Product-specific conflict, weak fit, or unresolved adverse evidence does not support outreach for this project.
INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE
Public evidence is too thin to recommend, exclude, or prioritize responsibly.

Methodology / trust
Evidence discipline before outreach
GHMAP supports the outreach decision. GHMAP does not certify legal eligibility, financial strength, hospital access, distributor interest, or future commercial performance.
Official sources first
Regulators, procurement systems, government records, and manufacturer evidence are prioritized before company claims.
Product-specific criteria
Fit is judged against the locked product, channels, and country role map — not a generic distributor directory.
Company claims labeled
Distributor website and company-reported statements are labeled as company-reported unless corroborated.
Missing evidence disclosed
Not verified is stated openly. Absence of public evidence is not automatically treated as an adverse finding.
Conflicts preserved
Direct substitution, adjacent overlap, complementary portfolios, and unknowns stay visible for management judgment.
No numerical score
Candidate decisions use written evidence, explicit unknowns, and management priority — not aggregate gauges.
Human QA
Material conclusions receive human review inside the sample-production environment. This is not independent external assurance.
Global country-specific methodology
One decision standard. Country-specific evidence paths.
Every project begins with a Country Role Map.

FAQ
Common questions
What is Distributor Search & Qualification?
An evidence-based research engagement that maps the credible distributor landscape for one defined MedTech or IVD product in one selected country, assesses fit and conflicts, and shows which candidates merit outreach.
Is this the same as the Market Entry Sprint?
No. The Market Entry Sprint is a broader market-entry package. Product-specific Distributor Search & Qualification is a separate request-first service with its own methodology, deliverables, and price.
Do you guarantee 3–5 recommended distributors?
No. 10–15 candidates are screened and 10 assessed in detail. GHMAP normally recommends 3–5 for outreach when the evidence supports that, and may recommend fewer when it does not.
Does GHMAP contact distributors in the base package?
No. The base package is research only. Direct distributor contact is available separately as Contact Qualification & Interest Confirmation.
When does delivery begin?
After complete intake, written scope acceptance, requirement lock, private first payment, and formal Start Notice.
Does an SFDA or similar establishment record mean the candidate is qualified?
No. An official establishment or economic-operator record supports the recorded role. It does not prove product appointment, commercial capacity, hospital access, or current interest.
Can I pay online immediately?
No. Distributor Search is request-first. GHMAP reviews feasibility and locks written scope before private payment instructions are issued.
